Your Favorite Restaurant

Next time you eat in a restaurant take a peek into the kitchen and food preparation areas. Who is that food service worker coughing into the food he is preparing? Did you look at those hands? What's that brown "stuff" under the fingernails? Can the employees in this restaurant read those "wash hands" signs in the restrooms? If you weren't looking at the right moment you probably missed the food server whose nose was dripping into the food he was serving; yours? Did these employees go through the regular disease and health screening for TB, hepatitis, HIV, and a few other exotic diseases they can pass along to you and your family? These poor workers might not be illegal immigrants, they might just be nasty. Bon appetite.
